3. Wrong or Damaged Products

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

4. Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns may not be accepted where the product:

Has been damaged through misuse or improper handling.
Is missing required original packaging/accessories.
Shows signs of use beyond what is reasonably required to inspect the product.
