Free Shipping Across India
We offer free shipping on all orders to serviceable locations across India, with no minimum order value and no additional shipping charges. We currently ship within India only.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1 business day after order confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Time
Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after order confirmation. In some cases, delivery may take up to 7 business days due to remote locations, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays. These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and serviceable locations. Available payment options are displayed at checkout. For COD orders, payment is collected by the delivery partner at the time of delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared when available through SMS, WhatsApp, or email, depending on the courier service and the contact information provided.
Delivery Details & Delays
Please provide an accurate delivery address, PIN code, and contact number when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete details may delay delivery. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact our support team with your order number so we can help.
Returns & Product Issues
You can request a return for eligible products within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible within 7 days of delivery with your order number and relevant photos or videos.
NovaCart covers return shipping costs for confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Customers pay return shipping costs for eligible change-of-mind returns. Free shipping applies to the original delivery, not change-of-mind returns. Please contact us before sending an item back; our team will provide return instructions.
